Ok. Ok. The procrastinating is done ....I finally have started the diet blog (cue scary music) . ..and the workout starts today. Blog Goal: To record the process and hopefully help me see the pitfalls I fall into. I am 5'4 .. 160 pounds and my goal .. is to be in a size 7 (ish). Its not about the size .. its about how I feel and also about the way I feel I look.
Robert (the boyfriend) has recently become craxy workout guy while he lives overseas ..and so he is helping me along .. for the most part this will be his workouts . ..and my food plan. Hopefully this becomes a life change and not just a diet .. .
